The Patient Communication Unit has been established to assist patients and / or patient relatives who encounter problems during the provision of healthcare services. In the Patient Communication Unit, the problems of patients and / or patient relatives receiving service from the hospital are listened to, evaluated, and efforts are made to contribute to the solution of their problems.

The Patient Communication Unit serves on the ground floor of our hospital.

Rules to be obeyed by patients receiving health services;

Our hospital has made some arrangements to shorten the recovery time of our patients, to protect our attendants and visitors from infections and to provide more comfortable care.

1.      Visiting hours of our hospital are between 12.30 and 13.30  and  19.00 and 20.00 every day   .

2.       It is requested that no child visitors are brought to the hospital. Children under the age of 12 are not accepted as visitors.

3. In       cases that may cause harm to our patient's health, the visit depends on the permission of the relevant physician.

4.Visits are not allowed in intensive care departments. Informing the relatives of the intensive care unit  is made by the relevant doctor every day between  14:00 and 15:00 .

5.       Food and drink from outside the hospitalBringing is prohibited for the health of our patients.

6. In       accordance with Law No. 4207,  smoking is prohibited in our hospital.  fine will be imposed according to Law No. 4207 for those who do not comply with the law  .

7.       When you smoke, do not smoke before and after the surgery, as it causes general health problems and the results of the cardiovascular surgery will be negatively affected. Otherwise, your surgery may not be performed or you may encounter problems in the postoperative period.

8.    Accompanying persons are obliged to carry the companion card given by our hospital and to show the card if requested by our institution.

9. In the       event of the end of the accompanying period or the patient is discharged, the attendant card must be delivered to the ward nurse.

10.   During hospitalization, all kinds of valuable items must be delivered by the patient to his / her relatives. However, patients who do not have such an opportunity can entrust their belongings to the security unit of our hospital in return for the report signed by the ward nurse.

11. You   can apply to your doctor and nurse for any questions you may have about the functioning and order of the hospital, and any information you want to learn about your patient / illness.

12. Your   room's phone number is written on the phone in your room. If you inform your relatives, you can be called directly.

13. You can   make your comments, suggestions, thanks and complaints about our services to the Patient Communication Unit on the ground floor.

14. You   can apply to the Social Service Unit on the ground floor to discuss social, economic, psychological and familial issues.

15.   Those who do not comply with the regulations and provisions of the hospital; Patients and their relatives who deliberately damage the building, devices, and belongings, ignoring the warnings made, and their relatives may be asked back.
