Clinics (Services) Informing Patient and Relatives;
  1. It is forbidden to bring food and beverage to the hospital from outside for the health of our patients. We have snack service in the morning, noon, evening and for patients on a diet.
  2. Visiting hours of our hospital are between 12.00-14.00 and 18.00 - 20.00 every day
  3. The phone number of your room is written on the telephone in your room. If you report to your relatives, you can be called directly.
  4. Use clean Wc and bathroom.
  5. We have a nurse call system at the bedside and in the bathroom. You can use the nurse call system when necessary.
  6. Your physician visits (visits) twice a day.
  7. It is requested that no child visitors are brought to the hospital. Children under 12 cannot be accepted as visitors
  8. In cases that may cause harm to our patient's health, the visit depends on the permission of the relevant physician.
  9. Visits are strictly prohibited in intensive care units. In intensive care units, the patient's relatives are informed by the doctor between 14.00 and 15.00 every day
  10. Smoking is prohibited in our hospital in accordance with the law numbered 4207. Those who do not obey the law will be fined according to the law numbered 4207.
  11. When you smoke, do not smoke before and after the surgery, as it causes general health problems and the results of the cardiovascular surgery will be negatively affected. Otherwise, your surgery may not be performed; or you may experience postoperative problems
  12. The accompanying persons are obliged to show the card given by our hospital when requested by our institution.
  13. In the event of the end of the accompanying period or the patient is discharged, the companion card must be delivered to the ward nurse.
  14. Valuable items must be delivered to their relatives by the patient during hospitalization. Relatives of patients hand over their belongings with the delivery form.
  15. You can apply to your doctor and nurse for any questions you may have about the operation and order of the hospital, and any information you want to learn about your patient / illness.
  16. You can make your comments, suggestions, thanks and complaints about our services to the website of our hospital, erzurumbeah.saglik.gov.tr and to the Patient Rights Unit.
  17. Those who do not comply with the regulations and provisions of the hospital; Patients and their relatives who deliberately damage the building, devices, and belongings, ignoring the warnings made, and their relatives can be asked back.
